Your career data is stored in our database (provided by Supabase), protected in transit by TLS encryption and at rest by our infrastructure provider's encryption. Access controls (Row-Level Security) ensure that other users of the app can never read your data through normal use of the service. Your data is not end-to-end encrypted, which means it is technically accessible to us as the operator of this service. We do not access it for any purpose other than operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting the service, and we never sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to train models. We are evaluating additional encryption for the most sensitive fields (such as compensation figures) in a future update; this page will be updated if and when that changes.
When you create an account, either with an email address and password or through an authentication provider (Google, Microsoft, or LinkedIn), we collect:
When you use the app, we store the career data you enter yourself: job applications and their status, networking contacts and interaction notes, your stated priorities, your wishlist, and your current-role benchmark details.
We also collect basic, aggregate usage analytics through Vercel Analytics (page views and general usage patterns) to understand how the app is used. This does not identify you individually and is not used for advertising.
We use your account information to authenticate you and sync your data across devices. We use the career data you enter to provide the core functionality of the app: tracking, scoring, and comparing opportunities, and managing your networking activity. We use aggregate analytics to understand and improve the product. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored in our cloud database (hosted by Supabase) and protected by TLS in transit and encryption at rest provided by our infrastructure. Row-Level Security policies ensure that, through normal use of the app, you can only ever access your own data, and other users cannot access yours. As noted above, this is not end-to-end encryption: it protects you from other users and from external breaches of our infrastructure, but it does not make your data unreadable to us as the service operator. We are not a zero-knowledge service today.
We use the following service providers to operate the app, each of which processes data on our behalf and is governed by its own privacy policy:
We do not share your career data with any of these providers beyond what is necessary for them to perform these functions, and we do not share it with any other third party.
You can delete your account from within the app at any time. Doing so immediately and permanently deletes your stored applications, contacts, wishlist, and priorities/benchmark data from our database. Deleting your account through the app does not automatically remove your underlying authentication record (your email and login credentials); if you would like that fully removed as well, contact us using the details below and we will action it.
You can contact us at any time with questions about your data, or to request a copy or deletion of your data beyond what the in-app deletion flow covers.
We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes, particularly anything affecting how your data is protected, will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
